AIFST26 is more than a Convention — it is an opportunity to connect with the people, ideas and conversations shaping the agrifood science and technology sector.

Hear from AIFST member and early career professional Annelise Sarikas on why attending AIFST26 is a valuable opportunity to learn, connect and be part of the agrifood science and technology community.

Annelise joined AIFST in 2019 while studying a Bachelor of Food Science and Technology with Honours at UNSW, graduating in 2022. Her story is a great reminder of the value of connection — from student member to early career professional.

With less than six weeks to go, AIFST26 Convention is your opportunity to connect with peers, industry leaders, researchers, students and professionals from across the agrifood sector.

The value of AIFST26 doesn’t end when the Convention does. All sessions will be recorded, giving delegates the flexibility to revisit presentations, catch up on concurrent sessions and continue learning after the event.

Join us in Melbourne, 27–28 July, co-located with foodpro 2026.
