Picked by our amazing community from olive trees throughout North Perth, then cold-pressed into delicious extra virgin olive oil, every bottle is a celebration of what makes our neighbourhood so special. 💚

From the volunteers who harvested the olives to everyone who supports this fundraiser, thank you for helping us turn local olives into something extraordinary. Harvest 6006 has become a much-loved North Perth tradition, bringing our community together while raising funds for our school. 🌳🫒

So about last night…
This Harvest Subcommittee is currently somewhere between deep gratitude, complete exhaustion and “where on earth are we going to store all this olive oil?” 😅🫒
Over the weekend, this incredible community picked a mind-blowing 2490kg of olives 🤯
For perspective:�2025 — 777kg�2024 — 729kg�2019 — 1200kg�2015 — 1381kg
So yes… this year absolutely smashed every record.
And the best part? So many new families joined in this year. Kids climbing ladders, neighbours meeting neighbours, buckets overflowing, people accidentally wearing more olives than they picked… it was peak North Perth energy 💙😍💙😍
To this unbelievable Harvest and every single picker: THANK YOU. Seriously. You showed up with gloves, rakes, bad backs, excellent snacks and community spirit in industrial quantities. What started as olive picking somehow turned into one giant reminder of how special this community really is.
Also… that is an impossibly large amount of olive oil to sell.. all ideas welcome!! 😂🫒

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums, grandmas, carers, step mums, aunties, and mother figures in our community 💐💖

We hope your day is filled with love, laughter, handmade cards and at least one cup of coffee you get to drink while it’s still hot ☕😂

A MASSIVE thank you to all our volunteers, donors, and buyers who made this year’s Mother’s Day Store our biggest and most successful one EVER 🎉🌸

From donating amazing goodies to setting up stalls and supporting the store with purchases — every single contribution helped make the magic happen 💝

There were excited kids, happy shoppers and just the right amount of chaos🥹✨

Special shout out to Patrick Gorman MP, who we happily roped into helping out too — proof that no one is safe when volunteers are needed 😄👏

Thank you for helping create such a special experience for our students and families. We’re so lucky to be part of such a generous, supportive, and slightly sleep-deprived community x
