But I’m not surprised. No matter what your position is on the use of AI and its various consequences - one I will stand firm on is that it cannot replace human connection.

But if we let it - it just might 💔

The seasons are changing - but our Mum Walks keep strollin (or meeting at cosy coffee shops instead!)

Our Victoria and South Australia walks have been a little wet ☔️
Our Queensland and WA walks are in their prime with the cool change 😎
Our Northern Territory walks continue to sparkle (just look at those palms 🌴!)
Our Tassie mums walk no matter the weather 💪
And our NSW walks are a bit of a mix of them all 😅☀️🌧️

We love to see how our groups change and evolve over the seasons to meet the needs of their communities 💖

The results are in: motherhood increases our leadership capabilities 💪🚨📈

I feel like whenever we talk about mothers at work, it’s always the same conversation around what workplaces lose. How hard it is to balance for mums. And how at odds career and motherhood can be.

But what if we talked about all the ways that becoming a mum increases the very skills we need to thrive at work?

That’s what the 2026 Maternal Strengths Report from and .starks set out to explore.

They surveyed 354 working mothers and asked them to reflect on their leadership capabilities before and after becoming mothers.

The findings? Every. Single. Capability. Measured. Went. Up.

I digested the federal budget incase you’re a tired mum who doesn’t have the time! 🥱💸🥱💸

I’m always looking for the ways our Government is and isn’t investing in women, families, mothers and mental health. There’s some clear wins in there, but some critical gaps still left to fill.

What’s your take? Is the Government doing enough to support your family?

- Mum Walk wants to see more focus on social health and filling the critical gaps in postpartum connection to prevent more mums reaching crisis point.

When I was struggling, I had no idea I could access free support. Now, I want to make sure more mums know that support is always available ♥️

I can’t think of a better way to mark World Maternal Mental Health Day, than to announce partnership with . Bringing free, accessible mental health support to more mums when they need it most.

Together, we’ll make sure that support never feels out of reach.

This Mother’s Day, is showering mums with lots of love with 🥹💖🎁

To celebrate becoming our official supporting partner helping to bring Mum Walks to thousands of mums across australia, we’re putting on this free event to spoil mums ❤️

Mum Walk is on a mission to bring the joy back to motherhood, and this morning of connection, conversation and community is sure to help do just that!

We’ve just shared this event with our local South-Melbourne Mum Walk groups and it sold out within an hour! 😮😲
