🌈 Connecting, Creating, and Celebrating Our Youth! 🌈

What happens when amazing organizations team up for a common goal? Pure magic! ✨
Recently, Pride in Peel Inc. joined forces with the incredible teams at Inclusive Voices, headspace Mandurah, and the Billy Dower Youth Centre for a massive collaborative event celebrating Pride Month and Mental Health Week!

Our big goal? To connect, engage, and hold space for our local youth. 💖

The energy was absolutely electric! We packed the day with a huge variety of fun activities designed to spark creativity, conversation, and connection. From the big smiles to the deep chats, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and our hearts are so full.

Seeing our young people feeling seen, supported, and celebrated is exactly why we do what we do. A massive thank you to our incredible event partners and to every single person who came out, joined in, and made the day so special. You belong, you matter, and you are loved! 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

Our June coffee catch-ups were a massive success, and we’re still buzzing from all the amazing energy, laughs, and great conversations!

🇦🇺 A Night of Friendship & Recognition 🇵🇭

We are incredibly honored to have been invited to celebrate a momentous milestone: the 80th Anniversary of Philippines-Australia Diplomatic Relations.

Represented by President Troy Barcoma and most of our dedicated Board Members, Pride in Peel Inc. attended this prestigious gala to celebrate the "Strategic Partnership" and the deep enduring bonds between our two nations.

The highlight of our evening was receiving a Certificate of Appreciation from the Philippine Consulate in Western Australia. To be recognized for our "steadfast commitment to community engagement" and our efforts in fostering goodwill is a moment of immense pride for our entire organization.

As the certificate beautifully notes, we strive to embody the spirit of bayanihan—working together as a community to achieve a common goal. 🤝❤️

A heartfelt thank you to Honorary Consul Melissa Balisay Aguasa and the Philippine Consulate for this recognition.

We look forward to continuing our work in strengthening the vibrant, diverse fabric of our community. 🏳️‍🌈✨

🌈 WHAT A MAGNIFICENT DAY! 🌈

Rain or shine, nothing could dampen our spirits at the Rainbow Fair 2026! 🌦️✨ Despite the unpredictable weather, our community showed up with so much warmth, love, and vibrant energy, making the day at Greenfields Family and Community Centre an absolute success.

We set out to bring together incredible Pride organisations and allied services, and our community truly delivered!

🌟 Celebrating National Volunteer Week! 🌟

What an incredible privilege it was for members of the Pride in Peel Board to attend a special event hosted by the Mandurah Filipino-Australian Multicultural Community Incorporated (MFAMCI) and the Peel Multicultural Association, dedicated to honoring the heartbeat of our region—our volunteers!

Volunteers are the backbone of our community, giving selflessly of their time, energy, and heart to make the Peel region a better place for everyone.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to MFAMCI and the Peel Multicultural Association for including us in this beautiful celebration, and more importantly, for their ongoing support of Pride in Peel.

🌈 What an unforgettable night on the Rainbow Cruise! 🚤✨

Mandurah’s waterways came alive last night as Pride in Peel’s Rainbow Cruise 2026 set sail — and WOW, did our community show up in full colour and full joy. From the moment guests boarded the Dancing Dolphin, the energy was electric.

🎶 Drew & Love had everyone vibing from the very first song.
👑 Our drag performer — the dazzling Queen Prism — lit up the deck with glamour, laughter, and pure magic.
🎟️ The raffles, the prizes, the cheers… it all made the night sparkle even brighter.

But the real heart of the evening? YOU — our community.
Your smiles, your pride, your dancing, your support… you made this cruise a celebration to remember.
