Sports Day Tuckshop Update

A reminder of the tuckshop arrangements for Sports Days and the Show Holiday this week:

Wednesday 17th June – Junior Sports Day
The tuckshop will be open to all grades as normal.
Students will continue to collect their tuckshop orders/boxes at their usual lunchtime.

Thursday 18th June – Show Holiday
The tuckshop will be closed.

Friday 19th June – Senior Sports Day
The tuckshop will operate as normal for Prep – Year 2 students.

Students in Years 3–6 will have access to the canteen on the oval only with a special Sports Day menu (attached). Parents are also welcome to purchase from this menu.

Please note: parents will not be able to purchase from the tuckshop on Friday. We kindly ask that parents do not attend the tuckshop throughout the school day, as our staff will still be working hard to manage orders and the increased workload that Fridays can bring.

Fitzy Fair is coming 🎡 Join us at 3.15pm, Tuesday 16th June in the Laptop Space next to the Library for an update on all things Fitzy Fair.

Open to all parents and carers to learn more about the festival or if you have any questions or would like to volunteer, please let us know.

Your support is what will help make this event epic.

📢 Free Dress Day Monday 15th!

Letters will be sent home today with your children as well as an email. Donations will be items instead of a coin this time. All donations go directly to the Fitzy Fest Fair 🥳

📢 A Friendly Reminder About Tuckshop Invoicing

Our invoicing option is intended to assist families in genuine circumstances, such as a Flexischools issue, forgotten lunch order, or other last-minute emergency situation.

Unfortunately, we are seeing an increasing number of families using invoicing as a regular payment method, resulting in multiple outstanding invoices that require follow-up.

Please note:

✅ Invoicing is for emergency or exceptional circumstances only.
✅ It is not a "buy now, pay later" service.
✅ All invoices are expected to be paid within 24 hours of being issued.
❌ Invoices should not remain unpaid for several days.

The tuckshop relies on prompt payments to continue operating efficiently and to ensure we can keep offering this service when genuinely needed.

If the invoicing system continues to be misused, we may have no choice but to discontinue this option altogether.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep this service available for those who need it most. 💙
