You can pay at the door - via correct cash or eftpos HOWEVER you cannot order food platters on the night. Food platters by Latoya Latimer Catering need to be ordered and paid for by tonight, Tuesday 15 July 2025.

You can BYO platters/ snacks (please tick the box allocate to register) and there is open bar available to purchase drinks/ light refreshments.

If you are decorating your table decorations can only be set up between 3pm – 5pm to do so.

Hi! To advise tickets are selling fast the event is this Wednesday 16 July 2025 from 5:30pm, CQUniversity, Building 3, 90-92 Sydney Street.

Please book $20 per team = table of 6 people or less. Includes optional food platter/s.

Happy NAIDOC, All overnight we've had rain and some stalls gazebos have collapsed. If you have stalls down at Queens Park today please come check your gazebo.

This will be our final year as part of the Mackay NAIDOC Incorporated Management Committee. We would like to sincerely thank everyone for their support, encouragement, and collaboration over the last 5 years. It has been an honour to serve our community and contribute to the celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.
