HART isn’t just a community transport organisation operating in the Northern Rivers — we are part of the community.

We know the towns, the roads, the familiar faces and, most importantly, the people who make our communities so special.

🚌☕ Lismore Mates Bus – A Day Out & About! 💙

The Lismore Mates Bus enjoyed a wonderful day out, starting with a relaxing morning tea at the Byron Bay Hotel. ☕🍰 It was the perfect chance to catch up, enjoy a cuppa and have a good chat with mates.

The day continued with a trip through to Ballina, where everyone finished off the outing with a delicious lunch at the Shaws Bay Hotel. 🍽️😋

Good food, great company and plenty of laughs made for another fantastic day out with the Lismore Mates! ❤️

We love seeing our social buses bringing people together and creating opportunities to get out, explore and enjoy the community.

Our Casino Out For A While the 3rd social bus outing was another wonderful day out! 🚌💛

This time, the group travelled across to Ballina for a delicious lunch at the West Tower Tavern. What a fantastic venue! The $17 Senior Meals were a big hit — generous portions, delicious food and such great value. 🍽️😋

Everyone enjoyed their lunch so much that they’ve already asked for the bus to come back again! A few of the ladies were even given containers to take their leftovers home for dinner — now that’s a lunch worth talking about! ❤️

On the way home, the group stopped at the Ballina Head Lookout, where they were lucky enough to spot lots of whales! 🐋🌊 They saw whales spouting water and even breaching out of the ocean, which was the perfect way to top off an already amazing day.

Another fantastic Out For A While adventure filled with good food, great company and some beautiful Northern Rivers scenery. 💕🚌

The Lismore Friday Men’s Bus crew enjoyed a fantastic day out at the Broadwater Hotel! 🍻🎸

With plenty of music, good company and lots of laughs, the boys had a great time getting together and enjoying a change of scenery. It’s always great to see everyone catching up, sharing a yarn and making the most of a day out in the community. 😊

A big thank you to the Broadwater Hotel for welcoming our group — we’re already looking forward to the next adventure!

What a beautiful day out in Ballina for our Casino Out for a While the original group! 💚

The day started with a delicious lunch at the West Tower Tavern, where everyone enjoyed their fantastic $16 Seniors Menu. The roast dinner was a real favourite — so tender and simply superb! 😋🍽️

Then it was off to Baskin-Robbins for a sweet treat before heading up to the Ballina Lookout. 🍦🌊 And what a bonus — the group spotted a couple of whales out in the ocean! 🐋🐋

A beautiful day filled with great food, gorgeous scenery, plenty of laughs and wonderful company. ❤️

🌿🚌 Kyogle Out for a While! 🚌🌿

What a lovely day out for our Kyogle group! 💚

The journey was just as enjoyable as the destination, with everyone taking in the beautiful scenery and enjoying a relaxing drive along the way to Evans Head Bowls Club. 🌊🌳

Once there, the group tucked into a delicious Chinese lunch, enjoyed some great company and made the most of a fun day out together. 😊

It’s all about good food, good company and getting out and enjoying what our beautiful region has to offer! ❤️
