For the past two Wednesday nights we have had cooking classes at the House.
Last week was learning how to make potato gnocchi and spinach and ricotta gnocchi with a Napoli sauce.
Last night was learning to make Butter Chicken and Naan breads. Thanks to Jenine for her cooking expertise!
And a big thank you to the Community Bank Mt Evelyn for the funding to provide these two classes! It was great to see Lisa and Elise from Community Bank Mt Evelyn drop in to check out last night's class!
And thanks to funding, next term will be a series of Ability Cooking classes, keep an eye out for information.
