We’re starting something new this Monday ✨

I’m so excited to introduce the addition of Stroll & Sip to Keeping Mum Everton Park!

Stroll & Sip is a casual, free weekly walking group for all local mums and mums-to-be who want a gentle way to connect, move, and ease into the week 🌿

📍 Teralba Park (meet near the Scout Hall, then stroll along Kedron Brook)
🗓️ Mondays
🕤 9:30am – 10:30am
💲 Free

There’s no pressure to come every week - just join in when it works for you. Bring your pram, bring a friend, or come solo! Grab a cuppa, and join for a relaxed walk and chat🚶‍♀️☕️

This week’s special guest at our Keeping Mum mothers group is Lou from 🙌 The Wee Make Music learning programs have been leading early childhood music in Brisbane for 20 years with a strong focus on empowering a lifetime love of music, enhancing preliteracy and nurturing self regulation and confidence. Their age appropriate, interactive curriculum is a whole brain workout disguised as joyful and engaging good times with friends.

Like a superfood, music activates all areas of the brain stimulating physical, cognitive and emotional responses, aids the development of listening, language and self-settling and will ultimately make your baby a happy human.  With a steady beat as the foundation, babies and parents together awaken a lifetime love of music.
