Are you curious about all the moving parts and decisions involved when working within a high level, music-centred performance venue?
Alongside MusicACT's Aaron Crowe, spend a performance week embedded with the team at Sydney’s acclaimed Phoenix Central Park, learning all there is about their operation, from program curation to event marketing, technical production to the audience experience.
Phoenix Central Park is the singular vision of philanthropist Judith Neilson AM. A one-of-a-kind performance space in Sydney, this performance space supports the presentation of new Australian music and performers first and foremost, aiming to revitalise its inner-city neighbourhood with a new cultural beacon that is as bold on the outside as the performances it presents within.
Applications are now open for this opportunity and close 5pm, Wednesday 27 May.
This opportunity is open to music industry workers currently living in the ACT.
Applicants will find out about the final decision by Monday 1 June.
To support participation, the successful applicant will receive a $1000 stipend and $150 travel allowance.
