ANOTHER YEAR OF IDSS 🧡 9 YEARS.
Another year of friendships, new experiences, big milestones and plenty of good times along the way.
And somehow, every year seems to get bigger.
This year, The Deli found its new home at the Aquatic Centre, bringing supported employment into more spaces in the Bundaberg community.
Over at Winky Wonky, we welcomed three two groomers to the salon, added two new tables, grew the team and got to meet plenty of new four-legged faces too.
Across Bundaberg, Childers and the Sunshine Coast, we've watched people step outside their comfort zones, discover new interests, become more independent, make memories and surprise themselves with what they can do.
We've watched our Lifestyle Mentors work their butts off. Our PLOs juggle a million moving pieces. Our office staff keep everything ticking behind the scenes.
Then there are the families, carers, local businesses and wider community who continue to back what we do.
And, of course, the people we support, who let us be part of their lives and give IDSS its reason for being here in the first place.
Nine years ago, IDSS was just getting started.
Now, we get to look around at everything, and everyone, that has become part of it.
We couldn't be prouder.
