💚💜🩵 As Mental Health Month comes to a close, it's a timely reminder that looking after our mental wellbeing isn't something we focus on for just one month of the year.

A simple check-in, a conversation over a cuppa, or taking the time to ask someone how they're really doing can make a meaningful difference.

Stronger communities are built through connection, support and kindness. When we look out for each other, we help create an environment where people feel seen, valued and supported every day of the year.

At Bridges Health & Community Care, we're here to help. Whether you're looking for support for yourself, a family member or a friend, our team can help connect you with the right services and resources.

If you need support, please reach out. You're not alone. 💚💜🩵

💚 What an incredible day at Connecting for Awareness! 💚

Yesterday, our Bridges team joined the community at Scarness Park, Hervey Bay, to celebrate Mental Health Week through connection, conversation and wellbeing.

It was wonderful to meet so many people, share information about our services, connect with other local organisations, and have meaningful conversations about the support available across the Fraser Coast.

Representing a range of Bridges programs, Ian and Jennifer from Regional Reset, Brian, Cathy and Kerrie from Community Based Mental Health (CBMH), and Girish from DARTS spent the day engaging with community members, building connections with other service providers, and raising awareness of the support available through Bridges. Their enthusiasm, teamwork and willingness to connect with others helped make the day a great success.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat. We loved being part of such a positive community event. 💚
