Join us as we launch Keeping Kids Safe in Bundaberg, a book created to empower local children to stay safe in their community.

Shaped by input from local children and community elders and featuring familiar Bundaberg places and landmarks, this special resource helps bring important safety messages to life in a way that resonates with local families.

What does it mean to be a good man, a supportive mate, a positive role model, or a great dad in today's world?

Join us for Dads, Lads and Mates: Conversations That Matter, a FREE interactive community event that brings fathers, sons, grandfathers, uncles, mentors and mates together to explore the relationships that shape our lives.

Through honest conversations, shared experiences and audience participation, we'll unpack what healthy relationships look like and how we can support one another to be better men, better mates and positive role models.

Bundaberg will become the first community in Queensland to host a new pilot initiative aimed at driving important conversations between fathers, sons and mates. Dads, Lads and Mates: Conversations That Matter will be held at the Bundaberg Civic Centre on 6 October at 6pm with a free community barbecue for attendees.

What a wonderful morning it was celebrating the incredible young people and families of our Bundaberg community.

From smiles and laughter to new friendships, fun activities and plenty of colourful moments, Rainbow Day 2026 was all about celebrating children, creating connections and reminding our community that every child deserves to feel safe, supported, included and valued. 💜

A huge thank you to every young person, parent, carer, family member, volunteer, organisation and community supporter who came along and helped make the day so special. ❤️

It was wonderful to see our community come together during Child Protection Week to celebrate our children and the people who surround them with care, support and encouragement.

A huge congratulations to League-Ability Bundy on being recognised as a 2026 Bundaberg Child Protection Week Award recipient for your outstanding contribution to our Bundaberg community. 💜

What you have created through League-Ability Bundy is so much more than football. You have created a place where children can belong, be included, build confidence, make friendships and simply be themselves. You create opportunities for children who may not always find their place in traditional sporting environments—and the difference that makes is immeasurable. ❤️💛
