Sandon Point parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning at 8am at Bulli Surf Life Saving Club, Trinity Row. Everyone is welcome to walk, run or volunteer.

Sandon Point parkrun is a free, timed 5k group event that takes place every Saturday morning at 8am on Dharawal Country. Participants have the choice to run, walk or volunteer. Sandon Point parkrun welcomes people from all backgrounds and of all fitness levels, abilities and ages, both as volunteers and as participants. The 5km course can be ran or walked, prams & wheelchairs are welcome, and we have no time limit. Our Team

WEAR PINK THIS SATURDAY AT SANDON POINT parkrun! 🩷

🩷 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this Saturday at Sandon Point parkrun, we’re adding a splash of PINK to help raise awareness of the impact breast cancer has on thousands of Australians and their families.

🩷 Pink up your parkrun! Dig out your pink shirts, socks, tutus, hats or anything pink you can find! Go all out or keep it simple — every splash of pink counts!

🩷 Join us for your usual Saturday morning walk, run or volunteer, and let’s turn Sandon Point parkrun PINK to show our support for everyone affected by breast cancer.

What a special treat to have Backyard Ultra World Champion Phil Gore join us at Sandon Point parkrun this weekend! According to an article from 2023, his running career started with doing a regular parkrun and now he's a world champion. We wish him well on his recovery and journey back to running!

Congrats to George, Jedd, Camille, Leesa and Larissa on your milestones too!

Ever wondered what’s happening in your own backyard? 🤔 Well this week you may not realise that there’s a World Championship happening just down the road at Kembla Grange with Red’s Backyard Ultra World Team Championships!

Imagine running 6.71km on the hour every hour until you’re the last one standing. What makes this event special is that it involves national teams. 🌏
