A poor Government plan based on a bad strategy of cost cutting that will adversely and harmfully affect our most vulnerable veterans.
A better plan based on a good strategy would be to identify, target and shut down rogue allied health providers who are fraudulently cashing in on a poor government vetting process.
Improve the vetting, be better able to identify over-conulting and gouging, and the savings will appear.
