Today, we remember and honour the life and legacy of Noel Heywood OBE 💛❤️

A Life Member of SLSA, Surf Life Saving Queensland and Metropolitan Caloundra Surf Life Saving Club, Noel dedicated more than 75 years to the surf lifesaving movement, serving his club, state and community with unwavering commitment.

From earning his Bronze Medallion in 1949 to leading SLSQ as President, Noel’s contribution to lifesaving was extraordinary and recognised through multiple Life Memberships and an OBE for service to the community.

We extend our deepest condolences to Noel’s family, friends and all at Metropolitan Caloundra SLSC.
