FWD>FEST Breakfast Keynote

On 20th May, industry professionals gathered at Wharf Events for the FWD>FEST Breakfast Keynote brought together by Silicon Coast. We kicked off the day with energy, insight and forward-thinking conversations.

The keynote featured Luke Anear, Founder & CEO of SafetyCulture, who delivered an engaging and thought-provoking session on leadership, innovation and scaling impact in today’s fast-changing business landscape.

Luke shared his journey of building SafetyCulture into a global platform, highlighting the importance of empowering frontline teams, embracing technology and staying deeply connected to customers. Attendees gained valuable perspectives on how strong workplace cultures and practical digital tools can drive both safety and performance.

A key theme throughout the session was the idea of continuous improvement - encouraging organisations to adopt a mindset of learning, adaptability and proactive problem-solving. Luke also touched on the role of purpose-driven leadership in creating resilient, high-performing teams.

The breakfast keynote provided not only inspiration but also actionable insights, setting the tone for a day focused on innovation, growth and community.

A big thank you to all who attended and contributed to the vibrant discussions - we look forward to continuing the momentum at next year's FWD>FEST event.
