We are excited to run Saturday tours of Nightingale Umarkoo Wayi.

Nightingale Umarkoo Wayi was designed by Kennedy Nolan, the architects behind the award-winning Nightingale Leftfield and our upcoming project in Fitzroy.

Kennedy Nolan are masters of incorporating colour and texture in ways that align with the reductionist design ethos of Nightingale Housing. Umarkoo Wayi's materiality is bold yet simple and sustainable, a value that permeates every aspect of the building.

On our tours you will hear from a Nightingale team member on the history, ethos, construction, design and technical features of the project. Nightingale Housing does not build display suites. Instead, we run public tours so you can get a feel for our homes and their communal spaces.
