Queensland’s housing future is increasingly vertical, shared and community titled.

Apartments, townhouses, mixed-use buildings and community title schemes are now a major part of how Queenslanders live, invest and work.

The Strata community was looking spectacular at our QStrata 2026 social event at Sea World's beautiful waterfront venue, The Boatshed.

You can always trust the Strata industry to take a dress code to the next level, and last night was no exception. Sailor caps, striped shirts, and plenty of nautical flair brought the evening's "Nautical but Nice" theme to life. ⛵

After a busy day of workshops, panel discussions, pitches, Q&As, and networking opportunities, there was no better way to unwind than with great company, refreshing drinks, and live music overlooking the Gold Coast Broadwater.

It involves far more than administration. Strata managers support bodies corporate with governance, meetings, records, levies, budgets, compliance, maintenance processes, insurance coordination, owner communication and dispute prevention.

The role requires current knowledge, sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation.
