π In June 2026, UQ Boxing will be participating in the Push-Up Challenge. Push-ups are an essential part of boxing training AND exercise is imperative to maintaining good mental health, so we've signed up a team. See our latest post to join in and help raise money!
π₯ Beginner Boxing + Cardio Box Classes ended AFTER Week 13 of Semester 1. These classes will recommence in Semester 2 Week 1. All members are welcome to join the Technique Class during semester break. There is no requirement to spar in the Technique Class, however, the option is available to those Members who are interested in beginning their sparring journey.

π₯ All other Sunday sessions are PM (1pm - 3:30pm).
