β€οΈ When Rhiannon was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS at just 26, life changed in ways she never expected.
As fatigue and weakness began affecting her daily life, activities that once felt routine became more challenging. Even going to the gym β something that had once given her confidence and strength β started to feel overwhelming.
But Rhiannon wasn't ready to give up on her goals.
Thanks to an MS Go for Gold Scholarship, she would be able to create a home gym space where she could exercise in a way that worked for her, at her own pace and in her own environment.
The scholarship would help remove barriers that had been standing in her way, giving her a safe and comfortable space to focus on her health, wellbeing and independence.
Stories like Rhiannon's are a reminder that sometimes the right support isn't about changing everything β it's about creating opportunities to keep moving forward.
β€οΈ If you're living with MS and have a goal, passion or project you'd like to pursue, an MS Go for Gold Scholarship could help make it possible.
