Our STRA Summit 2027 speaker lineup continues to grow, with Hannah Statham, CEO and Founder of Media Mortar, joining us in Adelaide.

Hannah is an award winning marketer, keynote speaker and content marketing specialist who has been named a finalist in Queensland’s 40 Under 40, recognised among Australia’s Top 250 Young Entrepreneurs and appointed an Australian Regional Tourism Ambassador.

But at the heart of Hannah’s work is one thing, Storytelling or, as Hannah calls it, Storyselling™️.

Through Media Mortar, Hannah helps organisations turn words, images and video into attention, trust, customers and stronger commercial results.

Since 2017, she has also taken that expertise to stages across Australia, sharing her Storyselling™️ framework with thousands of people at major tourism, marketing and industry conferences.

That’s a question Odette de B**r will explore when she joins us at the STRA Summit 2027 in Adelaide.

Odette is a Business Strategist, Leadership & Customer Experience Consultant at Amplify with Purpose, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across customer experience, process optimisation, leadership and business transformation.

A Six Sigma Green Belt, Odette works with leaders and organisations to identify the friction that can quietly erode trust and build greater clarity, accountability and consistency into the way they operate.

Her work connects customer experience with practical business performance, helping organisations strengthen trust, loyalty and advocacy while creating systems and experiences that can be sustained as they grow.

We are pleased to welcome Jenn Donovan to the STRA Summit 2027 in Adelaide!

Jenn is a marketing strategist, keynote speaker, author and host of the Small Business Made Simple Podcast, bringing more than 20 years of experience helping businesses become easier to find, easier to choose and easier to recommend.

She has spoken at conferences, industry events, tourism programs and business events across Australia and is the author of Small Town, Big Impact, a practical guide to marketing and visibility for regional businesses. Jenn is also the founder of the nationally recognised Buy From a Bush Business movement.

At the STRA Summit 2027, Jenn will bring her practical, down-to-earth approach to marketing, AI, customer experience and visibility, helping our industry understand how changing customer behaviour affects the way businesses are discovered, trusted and ultimately chosen.

Following his high energy and expert presentation at the STRA Summit 2026, Peter returns to bring his research, evidence based insights and international tourism expertise back to our STRA Summit 2027 stage.

Professor O’Connor is one of Australia’s leading tourism researchers, using evidence based insights to challenge assumptions about short-term rental accommodation (STRA) and examine the real world impacts of regulation.

At a time when STRA policy and regulation continue to evolve across Australia, Peter brings an important research led perspective to the conversation, looking beyond assumptions and rhetoric to what the evidence actually tells us.
