Desktop Support Technician – Adelaide | Casual / Part-Time
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support for a client in Adelaide, South Australia.
📍 Location: Adelaide, SA
💼 Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time
📅 Schedule: 3 fixed onsite visits per week

Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite Level 1/2 desktop support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues
Support Windows desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals
Install, configure and troubleshoot IT equipment
Assist with Microsoft 365 and common business applications
Perform break/fix support and basic network troubleshooting
Maintain IT assets and update support tickets/documentation
Provide professional and customer-focused technical support
Requirements
Previous experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / Field Support
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
Experience with hardware, peripherals and basic networking
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently onsite
Australian work rights
A valid Australian driver's licence is desirable
