Youth 4 Society Youth4Society is a volunteer, non-profit, non-governmental, non-political organisation which aims to foster youth participation of young people.

Youth4Society is a volunteer, non-profit, non-governmental, non-political organisation which aims to foster youth participation of young people in civil society, to bring social change, development and improvement of our country, using different tools and programmes. All the activities are focussed in different topics in youth field. Our members have been engaged in different youth associations as

volunteers and during this period we have gained a lot of experience increasing our knowledge with a direct impact in our personal and social development. Actually we want to extend further our activities for young people in all Albania. Our association is created by a group of young people in September 2007 from 17 – 33 years old living in Tirana, Albania, who have participated in some European activities in youth field like youth exchanges, seminars, training, campaign for youth rights within youth programme and some other youth activities ect.

🌍 Y-AGORA has officially started!
Y-AGORA Youth Agoras Bridging Generations and Empowering Citizenship Across Europe is an Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Capacity Building in the field of Youth project bringing together partners from the Western Balkans and the EU to strengthen youth participation and local democracy.
The project is implemented in partnership with Out of the Box International Belgium as coordinator together with Centre for Social Innovation Centrifuge Serbia Sarajevo Meeting of Cultures SMOC Bosnia and Herzegovina ADP-Zid Montenegro and Youth for Society Y4S Albania.
Through youth-led Agoras capacity-building activities intergenerational dialogue and local civic actions Y-AGORA empowers young people and youth workers to actively engage in democratic processes and contribute to positive change in their communities.

Youth4Society participated at the Eu funding Fair part of the EU campaign “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle for a Greener Albania” where we promoted the YAMNFL2 project and highlighted how the skills developed through non-formal learning can support young people in today’s evolving labour market. 💼🌿

The fair focused on sustainability, it created an excellent opportunity for our team to showcase how YAMNFL2 equips young people with key competences such as communication, creativity, initiative and self-presentation, skills that are increasingly important across all sectors, including those connected to environmental innovation and sustainable development.

During the event, many visitors stopped at our information stand to discuss their interests, explore pathways for professional growth and learn how their non-formal learning experiences can strengthen their employability.

The fair created a dynamic environment for networking, exchanging ideas and recognising how non-formal learning equips young people with knowledge,skills ant attitudes needed to contribute to a greener and more responsible society.

Our participation further supported the promotion and recognition of non-formal learning, highlighting its value as a meaningful pathway for youth development and employability.

📘 Booklet n.8 is now out!

We are proud to share the final Booklte publication of the YAMNFL2 project, dedicated to Employment Fairs, Dissemination Conferences, and the overall impact of our two-year journey across the Western Balkans and Europe.

This booklet highlights how young people engaged with employers, shared their stories, and contributed to building stronger recognition of non-formal learning. It also showcases the visibility, partnerships, and community engagement achieved by our consortium.

🌍 YAMNFL2 – Booklet n.7 is out now! 📘

In this new edition, we highlight one of the most inspiring phases of our journey, the Peer-to-Peer local trainings carried out across the partner countries.
During September and October 2025, more than 70 young people strengthened their employability through non-formal learning, improving their CVs, interview skills, self-confidence, and teamwork while recognizing the value of their volunteering experiences.

These trainings also empowered our Youth Ambassadors, built the capacity of partner organizations, and promoted non-formal education as a key to personal and professional growth.

🚀 What’s next?
The project is moving toward its final milestones, the Job and Employability Fairs and Final Dissemination Conferences, connecting young people, employers, and institutions to turn skills into real opportunities.

Më 29 tetor 2025, Youth4Society zhvilloi aktivitetin “Ambasadorët e Edukimit Jo-Formal”, në bashkëpunim me Drejtorinë e Rinisë së Bashkisë Tiranë, si pjesë e përpjekjeve të vazhdueshme për të promovuar edukimin joformal si një instrument kyç për fuqizimin e të rinjve, punësimin dhe pjesëmarrjen aktive në jetën e komunitetit.

Aktiviteti u mbajt në Bibliotekën Publike “Misto Treska”, duke mbledhur rinj, punonjës rinorë dhe përfaqësues të organizatave lokale nga Tirana dhe zonat përreth. Gjatë ditës, pjesëmarrësit morën pjesë në punëtori ndërvepruese të bazuara në metodologjitë e edukimit joformal, që synonin zhvillimin e aftësive për komunikim, prezantim, bashkëpunim dhe mendim kritik — kompetenca thelbësore për tregun e punës në epokën e inteligjencës artificiale.

Në kuadër të projektit “Youth Ambassadors of Non-Formal Learning – Phase 2 (YAMNFL2)”, Youth4Society prezantoi Manualin Trajnues mbi Edukimin Jo-Formal me mbështetjen e Bashkisë Tiranë. Manuali përmban modele punëtorish dhe ushtrime praktike të fokusuara në zhvillimin e kompetencave personale dhe profesionale si komunikimi efektiv, vetëprezantimi, menaxhimi i kohës dhe vendosja e qëllimeve.

Dy punëtoritë kryesore të aktivitetit – “Pitch Your Idea” dhe “Take the Initiative” – ndihmuan të rinjtë të përgatisin dhe prezantojnë ide për punësim, përfshirje rinore dhe zhvillim komunitar, duke i inkurajuar ata të mendojnë në mënyrë krijuese dhe të marrin iniciativë për ndryshim.

Në fund të aktivitetit, pjesëmarrësit ndanë reflektimet e tyre dhe morën certifikata pjesëmarrjeje në format elektronik, duke vlerësuar përvojën si frymëzuese dhe motivuese për zhvillimin e mëtejshëm personal dhe profesional.

Ky aktivitet ishte një shembull konkret i mënyrës se si edukimi joformal mund të krijojë hapësira ku të rinjtë mësojnë, bashkëpunojnë dhe nxisin ndryshime pozitive në komunitetin e tyre.

Në kuadër të përpjekjeve të vazhdueshme për të promovuar njohjen e të nxënit joformal dhe pjesëmarrjen aktive të të rinjve, Youth4Society zhvilloi një aktivitet dukshmërie në kuadër të projektit Youth Ambassadors of Non-Formal Learning – Phase 2 (YAMNFL2), i bashkëfinancuar nga Programi Erasmus+ i Bashkimit Evropian.

Gjatë këtij aktiviteti, Youth4Society prezantoi rezultatet dhe arritjet e projektit përmes një stende informuese dhe diskutimeve interaktive me të rinjtë pjesëmarrës, duke ndarë përvoja, materiale dhe praktika të mira të zhvilluara gjatë dy viteve të zbatimit të projektit. Një moment i veçantë i aktivitetit ishte prezantimi i Manualit të Trajnimit mbi Arsimin Joformal, i përkthyer, dizajnuar dhe shtypur rishtazi me bashkëfinancimin e Bashkisë së Tiranës, si një mjet praktik për punonjësit e rinj dhe edukatorët që synojnë të zbatojnë metoda joformale në punën e tyre të përditshme.

Rreth 100 të rinj morën pjesë, duke u njohur më afër me vlerën e të nxënit joformal dhe rolin e punës me të rinjtë në fuqizimin e komuniteteve.

Aktiviteti përbën një moment të rëndësishëm në fazën përfundimtare të dukshmërisë së projektit, duke theksuar përpjekjet e përbashkëta të partnerëve dhe ambasadorëve të rinj që vazhdojnë të promovojnë përfshirjen, të nxënit dhe pjesëmarrjen aktive të të rinjve në Ballkanin Perëndimor.

In Tirana, we recently carried out the second national training of the YOUth Ambassadors of Non-Formal Learning – Phase 2 project — an inspiring continuation of our journey to empower young people through non-formal education.

What made this session truly special was that it was entirely led by the Youth Ambassadors themselves. Using the peer-to-peer methodology, they guided their peers through interactive and reflective activities, showing that learning can be most powerful when it happens among equals.

Together, participants explored how non-formal learning can support young people in taking their first steps into the job market. The training covered a wide range of practical and personal development themes, including:
📘 Understanding how non-formal learning connects to employability and lifelong learning
💡 Reflecting on individual skills, attitudes, and knowledge gained through different life experiences
📄 Creating CVs and LinkedIn profiles that tell an authentic story
🗣️ Practicing interviews and networking with clarity and confidence

Beyond the topics themselves, the atmosphere of collaboration and openness was what truly stood out. Participants shared experiences, encouraged one another, and discovered that professional growth starts from self-awareness, empathy, and communication.

This training was more than a learning activity — it was a reminder that young people have the capacity to lead, inspire, and teach one another when given the right tools and trust.

This activity is part of the YOUth Ambassadors of Non-Formal Learning – Phase 2 project, co-funded by the European Union and implemented by Youth4Society.
