OM in Zimbabwe We are a global community of Jesus followers united to see God's love among the least reached.

Through churches, pastors, the next generation, and even ecumenical bodies, we challenge individual Christians to consider ‘GO-ing’ as missionaries and the Church to consider ‘SEND-ing’. This is mainly done through building relationships and exposing Christians and church leaders to Biblical teaching on missions, the need for the Gospel in the world, and the realities of what God is already doing in the nations.

Bourama shares that many Muslims in Mali are happy to discuss faith in Jesus. “They want to know how they can relate to God really. That's the most interesting thing for many Muslims,” Bourama said. "Because in Islam we don't have this kind of relationship. There is no personal god in Islam; Allah is always far from us.

As we continue to pray for Muslims during Ramadan, pray for opportunities for Jesus followers to share that freedom can only be found in Jesus.

Mauritania is an Islamic Republic in West Africa. Despite being rich in mineral resources such as iron and ore, it is one of the poorest countries in the world. On a recent visit to the country, OM photographer Till realised that the vast majority of the 5 million people in Mauritania have almost no chance to ever hear the good news of how they can enter the Kingdom through Jesus. But God makes a way where there is no way. “At the end of my time in Mauritania, I met a woman who said: ‘I used to be a Muslim, but through the testimonies of Christians, I became a follower of Jesus’” shared Till.

“Afghanistan is one of the most challenging places in the world to follow Jesus, as well as to discover Jesus,” Robert*, an OM ministry leader, said. “In the current situation within the country, Jesus followers and even seekers of Jesus, face pressure from all sectors of society, including their families and communities. There are no churches, and having a Bible can be a risk.”

For over 30 years from outside of the country, OM’s Pamir ministry has broadcasted the message of Jesus over radio waves into Afghanistan. Pray that their broadcasts would reach many Afghans, especially those who are illiterate or isolated, and that the message of Jesus would pe*****te hearts and transform lives.

Forty years ago, Moroccans considered their country to be 100 per cent Muslim, and the idea of any local Moroccan becoming a Jesus follower was totally alien. But there is hope. It is now easier for Moroccans to find out more about Jesus, largely through social media, gospel TV, YouTube channels and websites which can be accessed in the country.

Rob, from the UK worked in Morocco for many years and shares: “Many Moroccan Muslims are open to hearing about Jesus. I think Muslims generally expect any conversation with Christians to be an argument, but once we start talking, they are often pleasantly surprised.”
