We are leaders who believe that a secure and self-reliant Zambia is possible through intentional investment in quality education for all. We understand that teachers are the backbone of any education system. We work with teachers as teammates, within not outside the system. We value the existing education system because we believe that impactful social change is ground up. We have the humility to

see Zambia's education and leadership challenge as it is, and yet possess the audacity to imagine it better. We are not afraid of challenges or failures because that is where we derive our greatest lessons. We are creators, innovators, and builders of strong education systems, who are daring to create an education renaissance in Africa. We are striving to create Africa's next generation of self-starters and leaders who will positively redefine the course of our history and our future.
