Programme Coordinator: Agriculture | Worcester

Are you passionate about training, facilitation, and making a real difference in diverse learning environments? We are looking for a dedicated Programme Coordinator: Agriculture to lead and coordinate theoretical, practical, and workplace components that support meaningful skills development.

This role involves conducting diverse training sessions in-person or virtually, collaborating with SMEs to develop training materials, tailoring training content for diverse audiences, and assessing training effectiveness through feedback and evaluations. You will also design and implement learning initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address training needs, and be responsible for monitoring and preparing detailed reports while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

We are seeking a candidate with a Relevant Agricultural Qualification, proven experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role, and an understanding of adult learning principles & instructional design. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) & virtual training platforms, good administration, interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy, a valid Driver’s licence, and willingness to learn South African sign language will be advantageous.

We wrapped up the year the right way at the beautiful Stay@Godyn. The NID Training end of year function gave us a moment to pause, celebrate our wins, and reflect on a year shaped by growth, grit, and teamwork.

Away from classrooms and routines, laughter replaced deadlines and the team connected beyond titles and roles. Our doggies joined in too and loved the relaxed atmosphere, which made the day feel even more special.

It reminded us that the strength of NID Training is not only in what we do, but in how we support one another.

We ended a demanding year with gratitude, proud of how far we have come and excited for what is ahead. Refreshed, recharged, and ready for the next challenge.

Here is to the people who made the year count, and to an even stronger year ahead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
