Urgently Call for Temporary Safety Parents - Worcester Area

The ACVV Worcester is currently seeking eligible Safety Parents to provide a secure and nurturing environment for a 17-year-old boy. This is a temporary placement for an initial period for Three Months, with the potential to transition into a formal foster care arrangement.

We are looking for individuals or families who can offer stability, guidance, and care during this critical time in a young person's life.

Requirements:
•Must be 18 years and older.
•Willingness to undergo the formal screening and vetting process.
•A commitment to provide a safe and supportive home environment.

On the 31 March, the ACVV hosted a substance abuse awareness programme in collaboration with FasFacts, an organisation specialising in the physiological and social consequences of chemical dependency. Specifically tailored for adolescents, the initiative proved highly effective, evidenced by the enthusiastic participation of the youth involved.
