On Wednesday we held our annual Pasta Evening for our Comrades Marathon Runners. As always such a great evening was had by all.

We are proud of each of you and can't wait to see you on the road.

As you line up to set off on race day, remember it's you against you and no matter what the outcome always be proud, because we are.

Today we are hosting the Inter-School Cross Country and set up has been on the go since early this morning. I hope the hares from Running Kin are as ready as we are and we wish all the participants a fantastic run today with many personal bests achieved.
