Uitzicht Home for Quadriplegics & Paraplegics Uitzicht Home exists since December 2004, providing accommodation for seven residents. Uitzicht Home is 18A approved (Tax Clearance Certificate).

A Joint venture between Quadpara Association Western Cape (QAWC) & Denid Investments. Run & managed by the residents, assisted by abled bodied persons (volunteers). Uitzicht Home for Quadriplegics/Paraplegics, situated in Uitzicht Durbanville, is affiliated to the QuadPara Association of the Western Cape (QAWC) which in turn forms part of the QuadPara Association of South Africa (QASA). The Home a

ccommodates seven quadriplegics/paraplegics and employs six caregivers who provide 24-hour care for the residents per day. The Home is a non-profit, non-discriminatory public benefit organization, promoting the rights and needs of quadriplegics/ paraplegics from all walks of life, irrespective of race, creed or gender. Donors can claim a tax deduction on any financial donation they make to the Home.

The residents of Uitzicht Home would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Hein Nieuwoudt and Drake Dicks from Curro Durbanville for the time, care, and effort they dedicated while completing their Community Service with us.

It was truly a privilege to host such respectful and hardworking young men. Your willingness and initiative in fixing and improving so many aspects of our home made a meaningful and lasting difference, and your contributions did not go unnoticed.

The home needs support with daily running costs, safety, medical equipment, food, and basic essentials.
