We provide funded training opportunities for unemployed learners through training partners and company-sponsored training initiatives. However, this alone does not guarantee success. Our focus at Prosherum is to identify learning opportunities, improve the selection process to improve the success rate and provide proper learner support and when required, tools of the trade.
Why Prosherum’s Impact is so meaningful in making differences in peoples life’s: One breadwinner feeds an extended family in Africa. By setting up our learners for success and equipping them with much more than a qualification we ensure that they contribute to the progress of themselves, their family, their community and their country. This enables many more to receive a better education in a more supportive environment and set the next generation for more opportunities.
