Our September meeting celebrated Spring with our usual Spring Hat competition. It was wonderful to see so many participants sporting creative headgear. Thank you for making this event a success. Here are pics of some of the winners.

With Spring in the air, its time to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. Our very active and well-supported walking group will meet on 1 September to walk on Anna Beulah farm, with breakfast afterwards at The Deli.

This will be a busy week for U3A Tygerberg with the general meeting on Thursday the 13th August.

In addition, the Playreading Group will meet on Tuesday the 11th. and the Discussion Group on Wednesday the 12th.

If you are interested in joining U3A, then come along to one of our general meetings, where you can complete membership forms and join immediately. Membership fees are very reasonable: R70 for an EFT payment and R80 for cash.

Armchair Travel will meet on Monday, 20th July, at the Durbanville Library. The topic will be adventures in northern Namibia. Doors open at 13:40 for a 14:00 start time.
