Meeting will start at 7:00 pm and will be held in person at the Lower Frederick Township Building.

There was a strong showing from our residents at the meeting last night both online as well as in person. They’re looking to build 105 homes among the giant retail space and the building circled in the photo is the current Sack’s and Son’s business location which is also being sold to the developers if/when they get approval for their plan. Lower Frederick is approximately 8 square miles so WHY ARE THEY TRYING TO FILL IT WITH EVERYTHING THE RESIDENTS DO NOT WANT??
At 105 homes, what are the lot sizes and how do they fit with zoning. The two other developments were held to 1 house per acre and this parcel will be 38 acres. It just doesn’t make sense.

MEETING ALERT: THE MASSIVE COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PROPOSAL WILL BE DISCUSSED:

Lower Frederick Board of Supervisors Meeting Agenda. Tomorrow night, Oct 6th, Pineville Properties will be discussing a large development sketch plan that will include properties East of Gravel Pike from Zieglerville Rd to Salford Station Rd.
