September is Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness about how alcohol exposure during pregnancy can affect a baby's developing brain and body.
While FASD can look different for everyone it affects, one fact remains clear: there is no known safe amount of alcohol during pregnancy.
If you’re pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or think you could be pregnant, avoiding alcohol is one of the first steps you can take to protect your baby’s health.
Together, we can promote awareness, support, and take meaningful steps toward healthier pregnancies and healthier futures. 💙
