The roundtable is scheduled for May 13th, 7:00 p.m. at the Roychester Community House. This month, we will have a presentation and discussion on “Communicating With the Screen-Raised Generation”. 

Our Scouts came of age in a world of Zoom classrooms, virtual friendships, and TikTok-length attention spans. This Roundtable session explores how we can communicate effectively in that reality—without losing the heart of Scouting. We’ll share simple strategies leaders can use to keep meetings focused, youth-led, and engaging for today’s generation. As always, there will be an opportunity to speak with commissioners and fellow scouters to brainstorm about all things scouting. Please join us, meet your commissioners, engage with fellow scouters, and enjoy a cracker barrel!

To every mom, grandmother, guardian, and mother‑figure in Scouting: thank you for the countless ways you support adventure, growth, and character in our Scouts. Your strength, encouragement, and love shape the leaders of tomorrow.
