Here is the updated photo of the mural. He added a river patrol boat to support CG efforts in Nam. It is by the door.

I visited a WWII veteran yesterday at her home receiving a Quilt of Valor representing the VFW. Winnefred was a nurse doing the war and she is a 104 years young.

Please join us for our smoked brisket dinner including potato salad, baked beans and mac and cheese. Smoked pork belly will also be available in limited quantities. We will be holding a raffle for the custom co****le boards that I built, plus a 50/50 raffle. Dinner starts at 1700 hours.

Our VFW Post 379 had the Honor of Attending the Military Appreciation Night for the Yakima Valley Pippins Baseball Game On July 18, 2026! We were so Proud to have a 100 Year Old Navy World War I l Veteran “Morrie “ Thomas Maier throw out the First Pitch for the Game! The Yakima Valley Pippins’s Organization did a Fantastic Job in honoring all our Veteran Brothers and Sisters at the Game! The VFW Post 379 would like to Say that we Appreciate your Support and Appreciation for all our Veterans!!🇺🇸🫡🇺🇸
