Davis Band Program. The band program consists of the 200+ member Marching Band, three concert bands, two percussion ensembles, and two jazz bands.

🚨Upcoming Volunteer Opprotunity to help raise funds for the program! 🚨

State Track Meet: May 28-30 @ Zaepfel Stadium

There are 2 ways to help.

1. Sign up to help set up events. Students are also able to sign up to help.
2. Concessions. - Would prefer adults, but will also allow students. Per the district, student volunteers are preferred to help with track events.

We need the following for helping with setting up. Please see the State Track Meet- Set up help flyer to sign up.
Thursday - Friday, May 21 and 22: We will need 6 people, preferably adults from 9:00-3:00–Set up
Tuesday - Wednesday, May 26 and 27: We will need 6 people, preferably adults from 9:00-3:00–Set up
Sunday, May 31: We will need 6 people, preferably adults from 8:00-12:00–Take down

A group of 31 Davis Band students just got back from a 6 day trip to New York this morning! ✈️ On this trip they learned with the support of their chaperones how to navigate the airports, subway system, and the streets of Manhattan. They went to the top of the Empire State Building, saw Aladdin on Broadway, got a clinic with a Broadway music director, saw art at the Met, had dinner at the legendary Birdland jazz club, went to the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island, paid their respects at the 9/11 Memorial/Museum and much more! 🗽

A huge thank you to Dr. Maria Lucero for chaperoning our students and all of the parents that went to support these kids on this life changing trip where they got to experience history, arts, culture, and learned how to be expert travelers! 🙌🏽

A.C. Davis Winter Color Guard is headed to the PPA Championships in Wenatchee this Saturday! ❄️✨

They’ll be taking the floor for a special exhibition performance under the direction of Braley Poston, and we couldn’t be more proud of all their hard work and dedication this season.

Send them all the good vibes and positive thoughts as they represent us this weekend! 🖤🧡
