Reminder:
To get your premium check, you need to turn in your 'Thank You' cards. Please have them stamped and sealed.

Checks are in the fair office (Administration building) with the office ladies. You will sign for your checks and the office ladies will drop off the TY letters on their way home.

***Beef Dairy kiddos--the money is all written in one check to the Beef Dairy Committee. They will get that check and distribute your checks to you.***

Pick up times:
Monday-closed
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday-830a to 1230p
Wednesday-1230p to 430p

+++ poundage checks will be there too, make sure to get your poundage check soon because those checks expire in a couple weeks!

November 18th 630pm will be the next sales meeting. This meeting will be to cover what the Sr. Fair Board members vote at the November 16th 630pm Fair Board meeting (this meeting is a public meeting too).
In the November meeting the Sr. Fair Board will be voting on the 501c3. If they pass for the sales to get one they will then vote to decide if we do it on our own or if we will be partnering with Greene Giving.
They will then vote on how sale is run next year, if we are keeping BW or if they will let the Sales Committee keep the money in house and run the sale ourselves.
All Sales meetings are open to anyone who would like to attend! And the monthly Sr. Fair Board meetings are also open to the public. So if you want to come join a meeting you may do so! Thank you everyone!

This Friday, October 30th, 4p-7p you can come meet me at the fair office to get your premium checks!

Yall the GC Fairgrounds is hosting Trunk or Treat 530 to 730 October 31st. Stop in to get some yummy treats!

Trunk or Treat is coming to the Greene County Fairgrounds! Mark your calendars and come join the fun- Saturday October 31st from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm!

PREMIUM CHECKS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP IN THE FAIR OFFICE DURING BUSINESS HOURS!!!

*****DAIRY FAMILIES-the check for you will come from the Dairy Committee, as the check is made in one whole amount and given to the Dairy Committee and they split it out for you.
