TODAY and TOMORROW (Thursday and Friday) 830 TO 1230....COME AND GET EM

Poundage checks may be picked up this week in the fair office. Hours are as follows:

Monday-CLOSED
Tuesday- 830a to 1230p
Wednesday- 1230p to 430p
Thursday- 830a to 1230p
Friday- 830a to 1230p

If there is a need for later pick up time, please let me know and i will add a day for that!
If you want to turn in thank you cards when picking up you may do so, we will be able to keep track of that on our end, but thank you cards are not due until the premium checks come in. When thank you cards come in we will not hold them, we will be making frequent post office drops to lessen the load for everyone and to get them out in a timely manner!
I am waiting on BW to get the list of buyers for each child to me so I can send those out to you. I am aiming to send them via email. I will also send a copy to the advisors in the event you do not get the email. I was able to compile the accurate list of buyers for the Grand/Reserve Live Sale 4H/FFA-ers and email that list, because I know the live sale buyers are not showing on your drop down add on list on the auction site.

***reminder, mark your calendar for the Town Hall Meeting set for 630pm at the fairgrounds September 19th. If you can not come you may email me with your list of questions, thoughts, concerns, and suggestions! I am also working on trying to do a live feed for the meeting in the event people may not be able to come.

***reminder, from 12noon to 8pm in the dining hall is the Sr. Fair board re-election September 19th. Bring your AG pass or ID to vote. They are also doing a weiner roast for that event.

POUNDAGE CHECK PICK UP! come on in and get those checks.
I am offering a pick up time this evening from 430 to 730 also. There will be other days listed later this evening once I get the schedule of events at the fair.

***If you want to turn in your thank you cards now you may do so, the office ladies have a way to keep track. But they are not due until the premium sale checks come. MAKE SURE TO STAMP YOUR OWN THANK YOU CARDS!

***POUNDAGE CHECKS-for those who consigned their animal at fair through the fair, Union. (Not Copeys)

Pick up dates/times:
Friday August 28th
9a to 1230pm & 430p to 730p.
You (or a parent/guardian) will need to come to the fair office and sign for your check.

*these checks are for consigning your animal, not the sale checks.
*you do not need thank you cards done to pick this check up, those will need done for the sales checks that come in at the end of September/beginning of October.
*I am sending emails to the Grand/Reserve familys containing your buyers list. I have about half done so far, they will be finished tonight.

IM WORKING TO GET EXTENDED HOURS FOR THOSE WHO CANT BE AT THE FAIR OFFICE OR EXTENSION OFFICE BEFORE THEY CLOSE. SAYING BETWEEN 9AM AND 5PM IS WORKING HOURS FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE AND I WOULD LIKE TO OFFER A COUPLE LATER EVENINGS. 😀

If you look at your childs lot and see an odd amount with change dont worry it is not a mistake.
Some buyers have split the amount they spend between all their buyers letters and donate an equal amount to each child. So you may have an odd number or change but again its not a mistake!

IF YOU DID NOT BRING AN ANIMAL TO FAIR ITS NOT A FINISHED PROJECT AND YOU CAN NOT HAVE A ONLINE PROFILE. SO IF I MISSED REMOVING A CHILD- I APOLOGIZE, BUT YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ISSUED THE CHECK AND THE BUYER WILL NOT BE CHARGED!!!

We are here, today is the last day to add any donations to a childs lot on Breeders World. Add ons shut off at 8pm today. If you have any questions about adding on let me know, i will do my best to answer them! Thank you to each and every one of you who showed up and who donated to each child! Supporting the kids supports the future! Without your support the kids wouldn't be able to do what they do! Thank you for supporting the 4H and FFA youth of Greene County!

ATTENTION:::ATTENTION::::

Hello all Buyers and Families of the GC Fair.

There has been an issue reported that the live sale add ons are not all showing on each individual childs lots.

I have tried for 4 days to figure out why the names of buyers are not showing in the add on drop down on the site.

I can assure you the buyers from add ons before the live sale are all accounted for and list on the back end of BW. Because im an admin I can see that information, but for some reason the add ons they hand added are not all reflective on the childs lot.

I have emailed/called a few times to let BW know of the issue as have parents.

I apologize, this is not in my wheelhouse, all I can do is let them know their website is malfunctioning. I have went through each individual from the live sale, and double checked that the add ons have been added to that child on their lot, I can see they are there and the buyers have been invoiced. So the child will get the add on credit. I hope they can fix the website for the buyers names to be listed below each child, but I do not have an answer as to when that will be fixed.
