Last week, members of the Violence Free Futures team traveled to Washington, D.C. to attend the National Sexual Assault Conference, joining advocates from across the country to learn, collaborate, and strengthen our response to sexual violence.

Every conversation, workshop, and connection helps us better serve survivors in our community. We are grateful for the opportunity to bring new knowledge, fresh ideas, and renewed passion back home.

The amazing Chrome Divas of Xenia, OH are hosting an event to benefit Violence Free Futures, and we'd love to see the motorcycle community come together in a big way.

Riders of all makes and models are welcome. Not a rider? No problem! Cars are welcome too, or you can simply meet us at Wandering Griffin and help support a great cause.

Let's fill the road, raise awareness, and show our community that survivors are not alone. 💜

Violence Free Futures provides life-saving services that many survivors rely on during the most dangerous and vulnerable moments of their lives. Our work is not optional; it is vital to the safety and well-being of our community.

August 17th is National Nonprofit Day, a reminder of the work that often goes unseen but is essential to our communities. ODVN and all 76 of our member programs are nonprofits with advocates who show up for survivors every single day. In 2025, that meant serving nearly 75,000 survivors and answering 121,548 crisis calls, texts, and chats, an average of 333 a day, nearly 14 every hour.
