Kinetix-Racing driver Yamori Richardson #7 took to the stage for round #13 at OVRP - Oakland Valley Race Park - Hannen Motorsports.
P7 in qualifying (kept backing off to get a clean lap)
P2 in the Pre-Final, which was his first time on the front row and super nervous.
P4 in the finals (learning to defend better, but it's not easy in this talented Jr Rotax class).
Great progress as this is the first season in Gas Karts (I think Dad is starting to figure some things out).

So true, the drivers are toothpick now a days

08/24/2026

Epic weekend of ICE vs EV. The fence was line with spectators waiting to see what Blue Shock Race Kinetix-Racings X5 could do against a Premium Shifter.
Qualifying was testament to how the day would unfold.
•Hart Qualified P1 ICE
•Daniele Qualified P2 ICE
•Richardson Qualified P3 EV

X5 EV showed the crowd its not a novelty toy but a purpose built piece of engineering. Staying with the P2 shifter Richardson was able to run faster and even push the shifter making contact and causing the driver to take a defensive line 😳!
The atmosphere changed from just looking to cheering for the X5. Truly electrified
Day of competition.

Big thanks to our PU manufacturer Blueshockrace.com for providing us with top notch service.
