Auditions for the riotous comedy "The Play That Goes Wrong" will take place Sunday, April 12 at 7:00 p.m. and Monday, April 13 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Players Theater, 51 Glendon St, Wolfeboro.
Veteran Village Players directors Russ Ellis and Jay Sydow encourage anyone eager to unleash their comedic talents to come audition for this summer’s production.
Hailed as one of the funniest plays you’ll ever see, "The Play That Goes Wrong" follows the Cornley University Drama Society as they attempt to stage The Murder at Haversham Manor. What begins with a few missing props and forgotten lines quickly spirals into complete chaos, as the cast and crew battle collapsing scenery, mounting mishaps, and theatrical mayhem—while desperately trying to keep the show on track.
