Makers Mill

Makers Mill A nonprofit makerspace & vocation hub in Wolfeboro, NH. Creativity. Community. Hands-on learning. https://www.makersmill.org

We are building a makerspace & vocational hub open to all levels of makers: students, hobbyists, and professionals; providing a place where people have access to tools and equipment for tinkering, fixing, repairing, inventing, building, designing, producing, crafting, iterating, and innovating. Our space will include a woodshop, metal & machining shop, Fablab, and studios for fabric & fine arts, jewelry, media/technology, and workplace development.

Want to build your sewing skills and leave with something you'll actually use?

This Saturday, join Jeanne Flanagan for Sewing 102: Zippered Duffle Bag. You'll learn techniques like installing a zipper, making pockets, sewing curves, and working from a pattern while creating a sturdy duffle bag perfect for the gym, tools, or your next project.

Jeanne is a fantastic teacher, and with a small class size there's plenty of time for questions and guidance along the way.

A few spots are still available!

**A FULL MONTH OF KIDS ART CLASSES!**

It's the last week of school, and July is right around the corner! β˜€οΈπŸŽ¨

Looking for something creative and hands-on for your child this July? Makers Mill's Youth Vacation Arts & Crafts Series offers a different project nearly every weekday throughout July for youth ages 7–13.

Kids can explore painting, leatherworking, terrariums, wind chimes, mixed media art, birdhouses, and so much moreβ€”all in small classes with plenty of individual attention.

Attend one class or build your own summer adventure. With only 6 spots available per class, registration is limited and classes are filling quickly.

Classes are led by artist and educator Jennifer MacLean, whose warm, encouraging teaching style helps young makers build confidence while exploring new creative skills.

Final push! Can we reach our goal of 100 donors before 5pm? That's only 8 more donors to go . . in the next 10min? https://www.nhgives.org/organization/makersmill

⏰ Just 1 hour left!

Every maker starts somewhere.

Sometimes it's a first stitch on a sewing machine.
Sometimes it's a first woodworking project.
Sometimes it's discovering a creative spark, a new skill, or the confidence to try something new.

At Makers Mill, we see these moments happen every day.

As NH Gives comes to a close, we're making one final push to reach our goal of 100 donors before 5 PM.

Your donation helps create opportunities for young makers, lifelong learners, entrepreneurs, artists, problem-solvers, and community members of all ages to learn, create, connect, and grow.

Every gift matters. Every donor counts.
Help us cross the finish line!
