WE’RE HIRING: Executive Director, Winthrop Food Pantry

The Winthrop Food Pantry is looking for its next Executive Director to lead our day-to-day operations and our team of about 65 dedicated volunteers serving families in Winthrop and Wayne.

This part-time (about 30 hours per week), salaried position is a great fit for an organized, people-focused leader with ties to our community. Grant writing and fundraising campaigns are led by our Board, so this role focuses on operations, volunteers, and community partnerships.

Thank you Rick Dorey and Fast Eddie’s for sharing the proceeds of the 50/50 Raffle from the Wednesday Cruise Nights at Fast Eddie’s Drive-In. To date they’ve donated $492 to the food pantry!

The Winthrop Fire Department (1703 US Route 202) will open a cooling center from 8AM-6PM July 2-July 3 for residents needing relief from the extreme heat.
