Looking for something to do today because the rain ruined your plans? Stop in the history center and see our timeline project exhibit ending in September. Starting from before Winthrop was a town until this decade with both local and national historical information on display. We are open Saturdays 10-4pm, and Thursdays 10-6pm this Summer.

We still have some great 250th themed items in the gift shop and we're celebrating all year long.

All sales support the operational costs in preserving, displaying and promoting Winthrop's history. For more information about WMHS, our history and happenings visit our website at www.winthropmainehistory.org.
