✨ Exciting News! ✨

Last Wednesday, Indigucation was honored to be selected by Tribal Tea Co., a subsidiary of Ho-Chunk, Inc., as this year’s recipient of their community donation initiative! 🌿

Each year, Tribal Tea chooses a local business making a positive impact in the Winnebago community — and this year, they recognized Indigucation for our continued work supporting mental health and youth wellness.

What made the moment even more special was having a few of the students who participate in our programs show up for the check presentation. Their presence was a powerful reminder of why we do this work — to support and uplift the next generation.

Thank you to Tribal Tea Company for believing in our mission and helping us continue this important work. Your support means more than words can say.

Indigucation had the incredible opportunity to take four Native young men to their first UNITY Conference in San Diego—an experience full of firsts that we’ll never forget.

It was their first time flying, first time seeing the ocean, and first time being surrounded by hundreds of Indigenous youth from across the country. They listened, they learned, they laughed—and they left feeling more connected to their culture and their future.

As they stood together watching the sunset, we saw something powerful: young Native men grounded in who they are, yet opening up to a world of new possibilities.

This is why we do what we do—to expose our youth to moments that shape identity, build confidence, and strengthen community.

A heartfelt thank you to Society of Care for helping make this trip possible. Your support is planting seeds of transformation.

Our founder, Sandy McIntosh Scott, was honored to have been asked by the Nebraska Department of Education to serve as the closing keynote speaker for the 2025 Nebraska Native Youth Gathering today in Lincoln, NE.

It was powerful to witness so many Native students and professionals gathered in one space—sharing stories, building connections, and celebrating culture. Events like these are a reminder of the strength and brilliance within our Indigenous communities.

A special shout out to Jessie Coffey, Jewel Schifferns, and their entire team for planning and facilitating such an impactful event. These gatherings don’t just happen—they take countless hours of behind-the-scenes work and commitment. Thank you for all that you do.

We were proud to support the Indigenous Youth Business Event today in Winnebago, Nebraska!

Our founder, Sandy McIntosh Scott II, helped facilitate and plan the event, creating space for youth to explore entrepreneurship through a culturally grounded lens. Participants heard from inspiring Native American business owners, worked through their own business plans, and discussed opportunities in industries like Agriculture and Real Estate — including access to capital and networking.

Big thanks to our amazing partners, the Center for Rural Affairs, and Ho Chunk Community Capital Corporation for making this impactful event possible.
