⛳ What a week it has been!

Over the past several days, the cadets and adult volunteers of the Lone Sailor Division, U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps had the honor of supporting the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard at Bay Hill. From early mornings to long afternoons, our team helped keep parking operations running smoothly for thousands of tournament guests.

Events like this give our cadets the opportunity to practice leadership, teamwork, and service in the community—while representing the Lone Sailor Division with professionalism and pride.

We are incredibly grateful to the Arnold Palmer Invitational team and the Bay Hill community for welcoming our cadets and supporting youth leadership development.

Our cadets from Lone Sailor Division, U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps are spending another full day supporting parking operations at the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard

From guiding early morning arrivals to helping the afternoon crowds find their way, these cadets are putting leadership, teamwork, and professionalism into action all weekend long. Community service opportunities like this help our cadets build confidence, responsibility, and real-world leadership skills.

If you’re attending the tournament and pass by one of our parking teams, feel free to say hello and cheer them on — it truly makes their day.

⛳️ Out at the Arnold Palmer Invitational this weekend? Keep an eye out for some familiar faces!

Our Lone Sailor cadets are volunteering throughout the weekend helping with parking operations at the tournament.

Service to community partners is a big part of the Sea Cadet experience, and opportunities like this allow our cadets to step up, represent the program, and support one of Central Florida’s premier events.

If you see our cadets in action, feel free to give them a wave or a quick word of encouragement. They’ll be working hard to keep things moving smoothly for thousands of guests. 🚗👏

Last month, the Lone Sailor Division was honored to support Boots & Salutes 2026, a community fundraiser benefiting Healing Warriors Weeks and honoring our nation’s veterans and first responders.

Our cadets proudly served throughout the event — assisting with setup, supporting operations during the evening, helping with breakdown, and presenting the Colors with professionalism and pride. Representing our unit in spaces that honor service is always meaningful, and our cadets rose to the occasion.

Service doesn’t start at enlistment — it starts right here in our community.

We are grateful to the organizers for including our unit in such a powerful evening of recognition and support.

The Lone Sailor Division will be attending Opera Orlando’s Silent Night at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, and we invite our community to join us for this powerful and moving opera experience.
