Something interesting happened when we put Christian business leaders from across industries in the same room.

We asked one question:

What are you seeing because of where you sit?

Different industries. Different vantage points. Yet remarkably similar signals began to emerge.

Yes, AI was everywhere.

But AI wasn’t the most interesting thing we heard.

Sometimes you have to step OUT of the business to work ON the business.

For two days, our USCCC leadership team stepped away from the daily pace and into the Smoky Mountains for some serious work.

Strategy. Structure. Priorities. Accountability. The hard conversations. The big opportunities. And a whole lot of whiteboard.

We are sharpening the sword and building the organizational infrastructure needed for where USCCC is going next.

Because vision without structure eventually hits a ceiling — and we have no intention of stopping there.

A huge thank you to Jason Quint with EOS for facilitating two incredibly productive days and helping us get above the day-to-day so we could work on the organization instead of simply in it.

And thank you to Stephanie and Ben for providing such a beautiful place to think, pray, wrestle, plan and prepare for what’s ahead.

Apparently, word got out that it was an important strategy session because even a black bear from the Smokies tried to attend. 😂🐻

We didn't give him a seat at the leadership table.

But we did take it as confirmation that USCCC is on the move.

There is a LOT happening behind the scenes right now.

We’re building for the next level.

So, practically speaking, if Christian business owners are struggling in isolation, then we need to stop acting like inspiration alone is enough.

A local owner does not just need someone to say, “Keep going.” They may need a trusted referral partner, a mentor, a room full of leaders who understand their values, training for their team, help navigating growth, or a community that shows up when business gets heavy.

That kind of support takes organization. It takes local leadership. It also takes resources.

September brings even more growth, with upcoming soft launches for the Sunrise Coast Christian Chamber of Commerce in Brevard County, Florida, and the National Haitian American Christian Chamber of Commerce.
