The Shift Foundation is a Texas-based nonprofit dedicated to stewarding humanity’s transition into a new era of awakened consciousness. At the heart of our mission is the integration of spiritual practice, scientific inquiry, and collective service to midwife a planetary shift already underway. We convene a growing network of practitioners
, researchers, artists, teachers, healers, and visionaries — each committed to cultivating inner mastery and outer impact. Through immersive events, sacred gatherings, educational offerings, and collaborative experiments, we support individuals and communities in embodying a more coherent, creative, and crystalline future. Founded by Shannon Gill and Russell Ohlhausen, The Shift Foundation bridges ancient spiritual traditions with emerging sciences — including astrology, quantum studies, bioenergetics, and consciousness research. Our work honors the unseen intelligence within all life and champions the fusion of soul-centered wisdom with evidence-based exploration.
