Thanks to Pat Egan with the Wimberley Valley Watershed Association for organizing this morning’s clean up of Mt Sharp and some of Jacob’s Well. Special kudos to Woodcreek neighbors Amanda and Tom and Keep Wimberley Beautiful’s Barry and Sarah for helping.

This team of five collected 20 bags of trash, several pieces of construction material and a discarded Christmas tree.

Every bit helps keep trash out of our waterways. Let KWB know if you want to have supplies to help keep your neighborhood clean.

Litter survey completed for Keep Texas Beautiful. Mainly beer cans, glass bottles, water bottles, to***co products and cardboard/plastic containers.

Belated thank you to the community for supporting Troop 127 at the recent Shred It event. The scouts were wonderfully helpful and polite - and thanks to your generous donations/support, those that need a little extra assistance will be able to attend the summer/winter camps, campouts and other activities this year. Way to go Wimberley!

Join KWB at the Spring Garden Faire, presented by the Wimberley Garden Club! We shall be there to explain what we do around the Valley.
You will learn about sustainable gardening and landscaping practices from over 10 exhibitors, with several breakout speakers, beautiful music and art to enjoy, and our annual native/adaptive plant sale, all on the beautiful grounds of Songland Farms Saturday, May 9 from 9 am to 2 pm.
