Art crawl itโ€™s back and we are so happy to be part of it. We will be hosting two artists: DuAnne Redus and Jim Street.

Stop by and get to know their work and mingle with other art enthusiasts, like you!

Meet the artists:

๐Ÿ“– DuAnne Redus is a lifelong learner, mentor, guide and author. Author of three books: Storybook Mountain, Shaping Your Future with 6 Dimensions of Success, and Five Years a Cavalryman with a compendium of letters to her great-great-grandfather, H.H. McConnell. Active in the Wimberley community since she moved here in 2000.

๐ŸŽจ Jim Street is a watercolor artist who has lived in Wimberley since 2011. A lifelong painter, his art took a back-seat during a 22 year career in the Navy. His subject matter is selected and painted it in a way that tends to connect the viewer with beloved memories of things in the past. It is not uncommon to overhear folks who are viewing his work say "That reminds me of a time when ...". Although historically a studio painter, lately he has fallen in love with painting on location (en plein air) in and around the Wimberley Valley.
Jim earned a BFA degree in painting from the University of Florida and is a signature member of the Florida Watercolor Society and the Texas Watercolor Society.

What a magical weekend we had in Wimberley. We had so much fun pouring some hot cocoa for our community!
Thank you to the support of our sponsor stand for this year we were able to serve over 200 cups of hot cocoa!

Also, huge shoutout to the family for allowing us to have a little spot to make this a reality.

Thanks to the incredible support from our community partners and the amazing turnout last year, Free Hot Cocoa Day during the parade and tree lighting is officially back!

Our bazaar is a casual, monthly pop-up market where local vendors share their creativity with the community. Today, we are shining the spotlight on one of our vendors: Lone Star Estate. They offer vintage jewelry and contemporary art.

It's never too early to start shopping for the holiday season. Why not give it a chance to our local vendors? They might be your neighbor or a good friend of yours, your support would mean a great deal!

We have Patricia Boyles with a huge and beautiful display of art glass and Joseph Kotarba who will be presenting his latest projects.
